Born in California, Dr. Perriton spent most of his childhood moving between Michigan and Tennessee. When he was in middle school his family moved to Korea for a few years and then moved to Japan where Dr. Perriton finished high school. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s in Exercise Science and finished his doctorate in chiropractic at Parker University here in Dallas. Dr. Perriton met his wife in Dallas while going to school. They were married in 2011 and now have three rambunctious boys and a little princess. They are transplants to Texas but love Texas and plan on their roots digging deep here. Dr. Perriton previously ran a clinic in Allen, TX but when he was looking to purchase a clinic he felt much more comfortable with the smaller town/close-knit community feel that he sees here in Prosper.
He’s always enjoyed sports and has had a lot of experience working with athletes in a variety of settings including at a collegiate level with SMU and Collin College, with local Fire Department ice hockey tournaments, and with a variety of middle and high school athletes. His history living abroad in both Korea and Japan helped him gain a love for acupuncture for which he is currently finishing certification to assist more in delivering excellent care to you. Dr. Perriton’s ultimate goal is to help his patients enjoy doing what they love most in life.
